MISSION STATEMENT

Caffe Cordina is an institution.
It is a café and catering company dedicated to quality and service in the heart of Malta’s capital, Valletta.

There are five key cornerstones to our ethos: our service, our products, our staff, our place in local society, and our heritage.

Our Service is friendly, fast and efficient. It is driven by our desire to welcome repeat customers back to Caffe Cordina again and again. We strive to look after every single one of our clients, and to provide them with a home-away-from-home – a place they can look forward to going year-after-year.

Our Products are crafted around quality. This desire for excellence has been handed down from generation to generation of the Cordina family, and still sits at the very centre of everything we do. Nevertheless, advancements still underpin so much of our product offering, as Cordina strives to innovate trends that our customers will love. Our products combine the very latest in originality while still blending perfectly within Caffe Cordina’s classic approach.

Our Staff are the backbone of everything here at Caffe Cordina and have secured our reputation within the Maltese service industry. We are pleased to employ a dedicated team – some of whom have been with the company for over 30 years. They are the heart of the Cordina brand and we value their loyalty. We are dedicated to providing an exciting, pleasant and welcoming environment for all our staff, whether they have been with us for decades or have only just joined us recently.

Our Society centres around Valletta and our place within it. We are proud of our status as an icon within the capital – a role that had developed over more than a century. We believe in the constant preservation of Valletta, and take an active role in its constant improvement. We are also proud partners of the European Capital of Culture 2018.

Our Heritage is the final underpinning element that brings all of this together. It is reflected in our history and the relationship that Caffe Cordina has built with the people of Malta and its visitors over nearly 200 years. Our heritage isn’t just our history, but our present and our future – it is a link to the many people who have made Caffe Cordina the leading brand that it is today.
